REFORMER PILATES CLASS –
All levels class targeting, toning and stretching every muscle group. A beginner can expect to learn the fundamentals, appropriate form, and flow. Advanced students will be challenged by taking the already learned basics to a higher level with increased poses, resistance, reps, and intensity. All levels welcomed. Prior reformer experience necessary.
BEGINNER REFORMER –
Pilates is known for its amazing ability to strengthen your core, improve back stability and create a long, lean, supple look. In our Beginner Reformer class, we will teach you the fundamentals and appropriate form to begin your journey with pilates. No prior reformer experience necessary.
ADVANCED REFORMER –
For our advanced level students, My Pilates Studio teaches participants to gain a better understanding of how components of movement are elevated and continuously combined. Get ready to push yourself further! Prior reformer experience necessary.
REFORMER INTERVAL HYBRID –
Rev up your workout on the reformer with this cardio fat burning, core focused, jump board class. Interval training is a great way to burn calories while increasing your endurance and stamina. Expect to sweat your way through this class! All levels welcomed. Prior reformer experience necessary.
CIRCUIT / REFORMER HIIT COMBO –
This class is intense, fast-paced, and has an extra kick of cardiovascular challenges. You’ll be sure to get a lean, strong, toned body with this class! All levels welcomed. Prior reformer experience necessary.
REFORMER SCULPT + RESTORE –
Sculpt a long, lean body that is stable and strong to the core. This class is focused on developing proficiency, and understanding the mechanics of Pilates. A total body workout ideal for all Pilates lovers. All levels welcomed. Prior reformer experience necessary.
REFORMER ABS, ARMS & A$$ –
This AAA workout is focused on toning and sculpting the areas of the body that we have the most issues with. This class will definitely kick your butt and have you coming back for more. All levels welcomed. Prior reformer experience necessary.
GOTCHABACK / FOAM ROLLER REFORMER –
Experience this myofascial release technique used by physical therapists for your back. All levels welcomed. Prior reformer experience necessary.
Sculpt your bod into a dancer’s physique with this workout combining elements of ballet, pilates and fitness. The moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you can expect to sculpt, slim, and stretch your entire body. All levels welcomed.
Our TRX classes are suspension body weight exercises that develop strength and balance. The suspension training system is basically 2 straps for your feet connected to a high anchor point. Developed by a Navy Seal, it’s an effective workout in less time, burning more calories, and ultimately getting better results! All levels welcomed.
BELLY DANCE –
Love to dance? This is the class for you! Come ready to burn calories, dance, sculpt, laugh, explore, and have a blast! No dance experience necessary. Leave your inhibitions at home! All levels welcomed.
YOGA SCULPT –
The incredible Amy Max will be teaching a FUNKY YOGA SCULPT class on Sunday mornings. Breathe, Flow, and Tone to amazing music and have the best Sunday you can imagine.
